We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our care team at Noel Manor Retirement Living to help ensure the health, safety, and dignity of our residents.
You will play a pivotal role in supporting our Healthcare Team with assessments for new and current residents, communicating with physicians and pharmacies on resident concerns and changes, ensuring resident cares and documentation are completed with dignity and compliance, and work closely with our Director of Nursing to Make it Matter for our residents and team members. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver quality nursing care and services to residents according to their individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and in a timely manner.
- Monitor and document residents’ conditions, communicate changes to physicians and families as needed.
- Support residents with daily living activities while preserving dignity and promoting independence.
- Supervise and mentor care staff.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide holistic care.
- Respond to emergencies and follow proper protocols.
- Maintain accurate records and compliance with state regulations.
Qualifications:
- Current LPN license in the state of Wisconsin
- Experience in assisted living or memory care preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply
- Compassionate, dependable, and able to work effectively with residents, families, and staff
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and leadership skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed

LPN BASE WAGE: $70,000-$80,000 annual salary
