Director of Healthcare - LPN or RN

DIRECTOR OF HEALTHCARE

This leadership role oversees our campus-based healthcare services, which include both a CBRF (Community-Based Residential Facility) and an RCAC (Residential Care Apartment Complex).

ANNUAL SALARY: $80,000 - $90,000

DIRECTOR OF HEALTHCARE ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and manage the healthcare department to ensure high-quality care and regulatory compliance
• Conduct assessments on all prospective and current residents, with updates as needed and annually
• Develop and update individualized care plans to meet residents’ changing needs
• Utilize PointClickCare for all clinical documentation, including assessments, care plans, service changes, and staff  communication
• Coordinate care with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare providers
• Supervise and delegate responsibilities to the healthcare team for medication administration and personal cares
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels in our 24/7 senior care environment
• Ensure all charting and care documentation meets state regulations and licensure standards
• Manage inventory and ordering of personal care supplies and PPE
