We are currently seeking a Regional Sales and Marketing Director for the Quad City area to lead and oversee marketing and sales efforts across multiple senior living communities. Position Overview: As the Regional Sales and Marketing Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving occupancy and building meaningful connections across our Iowa and Illinois communities.  You’ll work closely with community teams to develop and execute strategies that reflect the unique needs of each community while ensuring consistent branding and messaging. What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Lead with Impact: Develop and implement regional sales and marketing plans to achieve and maintain optimal occupancy rates.
  • Mentor and Guide Teams: Work closely with community-level directors, providing training and hands-on support to meet occupancy goals.
  • Drive Regional Success: Analyze trends and craft actionable strategies to address opportunities for improvement.
  • Create Opportunities: Build relationships with residents, families, referral sources, and community organizations to generate leads and enhance visibility.
  • Manage Resources: Oversee regional advertising campaigns, budgets, and events to maximize ROI and community exposure.
  • Travel to Inspire: Regularly visit communities in the region to provide on-site support and evaluate marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate and Innovate: Partner with executive directors and leadership teams to ensure cross-functional alignment.
